J Alfonso Perez

Altonso has over two decades of experience in real estate investment, having structured, developed, and sold more than US$100M in assets across the U.S. and Latin America in his solo practice. He leads all acquisitions for Sentai Global, overseeing strategy across urban markets.

His notable achievements include co-developing a multifamily building on Manhattan's Upper West Side and managing single-family portfolios in Atlanta. He represents Sentai as General Partner in Lemon Hill Ventures, where the firm doubled its student housing portfolio in two years.

Alexa Young

Glen brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with expertise developed at Merrill Lynch and Lazard, where he advised corporations and governments on M&A, privatizations, and capital raising strategies.

As Executive Director at AGC Equity Partners (London), he launched a US$500M specialized shipping fund and led the acquisition of a blocking minority stake in ENEL Russia, serving on its Board of Directors. At Sentai Global, Glen manages financial strategy and structures all investment opportunities.
